At Kosi Bay Studio, all products sold are digital downloads, meaning no physical items are shipped. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final once the download link has been shared or the file has been downloaded.

For this reason, returns and refunds are not offered for digital purchases after delivery. Once a file has been provided, it cannot be revoked or returned, which makes refunds impractical for digital artwork.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, preview images, and file details before completing a purchase to ensure the artwork meets their expectations.

If you experience technical issues with your download, such as difficulty accessing the link, downloading the file, or problems with file quality, please contact Kosi Bay Studio. We will promptly assist in resolving the issue or provide a replacement file if necessary.
